With over 30 years of experience and a 10-year career in the U.S. Air Force, I bring discipline, strategy, and heart to every transaction. I’m Marietta Vargas, a U.S. Army veteran with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas. My career has been dedicated to guiding people through life’s biggest decisions—first as a financial advisor, then in the insurance industry, and now in real estate. I had the privilege of working with Marianne Smith as a client for 20 years before joining forces as teammates, and together we now help buyers and sellers across the Denver Metro area navigate the market with confidence, clarity, and care, making each move a step forward toward their goals.
